A Victorian Sterling Silver Rose Bowl

The undulating pierced rim decorated with scrolls, the handles with bearded masks and foliate scrolls, the body chased with foliage and smiling bearded masks amongst berries and scrolls, with vacant cartouches, the circular foot chased with scrolls and foliage. Hallmarked to underside, the foot rim stamped BIRKS.


Diameter: 18 ½  in. (over handles).


Condition: Very good, one or two very minor dings to cartouches, previous engraving to cartouches possibly erased
